Hearing static noises, scrambles or people talking on a radio when there is no radio anywhere and no source for the static at all.

That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
But you better believe “experts” will theorize and find a way to charge you for testing, X-rays, brain scans and then give you some drugs for it so they can run up your health insurance.
